Yoga is an ancient practice that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness, helps you build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

MY APPROACH: I offer a blend of Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga, two complementary styles that support both movement and stillness.
  • Hatha Flow is a grounding, active practice that builds strength, stability, and balance through conscious movement and breath.
  • Yin Yoga is slow and restorative ~ with longer-held poses that invite deep release, stillness, and surrender.

Each session includes a Pranayama technique (breathwork) to awaken your life force energy, and Mantra Chanting to activate and harmonize your energy centers (chakras).

Sound Healing is a holistic approach that utilizes the therapeutic effects of sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Everything in the universe, including your body is in constant vibration. When these natural rhythms fall out of balance, we may feel disconnected, tense, or unwell.
MY APPROACH: Through the soothing tones of therapy bowls placed directly on your body, sound travels deep into your cells, tissues, and energy centers (Chakras).

These vibrations don’t just touch the surface, they move through you, helping to release blockages, calm the nervous system and bring you back into alignment.

Painting is more than just art ~ it’s a form of self-inquiry. It allows what’s within to come to the surface, without needing words. In a world that often values productivity over presence, creativity invites us to slow down, tune in, and express what’s truly alive inside.

MY APPROACH: I offer intuitive practices like free-flow painting, body painting, and creative body scanning, as well as journaling ~ spaces where you can let your hands lead, your heart speak, and your mind rest.
