Not too long ago, I found myself caught in the rhythm of doing - staying busy, keeping up.
On the outside, everything seemed fine, but inside, a quiet longing - for stillness, softness, a deeper rhythm beneath the noise.
So I began to listen: I signed up for coaching. I didn’t know exactly what I needed, and those sessions gave me space to pause, to reflect, to hear myself again.
Today, I’m here to share the practices that helped me reconnect with myself - and to hold space for others to do the same.
My approach weaves together yoga, sound healing, creative expression to support alignment of body, mind, and heart.
